Louis Vuitton SE’s Paris- based Institut des Métiers d’Excellence is a premium school that encourages practical education and provides a formal graduation.
Similarly brands like Gucci, Kering, Tommy Hilfiger and PVH Europe have their private schools. Most of these brands are working towards complete digitalization of their manufacturing process. PVH Europe and Tommy Hilfiger have kept the deadline for Spring 22 collection to have 3D printed apparels.
This movement is being aided by the establishment of the Stitch Academy. It’s a subsidiary of the Hatch Studio. This academy will have skilled trainers who will train the students for the new fashion sector.
